  • Quotations are submitted electronically in accordance with the requirements of the Request for Quotations (RFQ). To obtain the Request for Quotations (RFQ), interested Tenderers must first express their interest by filling out this form.

  • The pre-tender meeting for Tenderers to discuss technical and procedural matters will take place online at 13:00 AM (Kyiv time) on 15.10.2024. The meeting link will be provided to Tenderers after submitting the form expressing their interest.

  • The Tenderer is offered a visit to the facility. The cost of visiting the facility is paid by the Tenderer. Before visiting the facility, the Tenderer must coordinate his visit with the Project Manager in advance and notify the names of the representatives who will visit the facility via the email address: ma@u-t-a.co.uk.
