As a Contracting Party to the Energy Community Treaty, Kosovo* is required to report regularly on the implementation of the energy acquis. This includes obligations introduced under the Clean Energy for All Europeans Package, which currently focus on the preparation and submission of draft and final National Energy and Climate Plans (NECPs). Progress reporting under these plans will follow in later stages.
Kosovo* is also subject to reporting obligations under specific legal acts, such as Annex VIII.B of the Large Combustion Plants Directive, and is required to periodically submit a Security of Supply Statement to the Energy Community Secretariat.
