Ukraine Energy Market Observatory – Assessment 2/25: Suspension of Electricity Market Data Publication

The latest assessment of the Ukraine Energy Market Observatory analyses the December 2024 decision to suspend the publication of key electricity market data for the day-ahead, intraday, and bilateral contract segments.

The report examines the regulatory and legal context surrounding the decision, including the legislative framework for data transparency, the powers of relevant institutions, and the potential implications for market functioning.
