Other data Does the project have a significant environmental impact: NO A brief description of the nature of the impact: N/A If the project was included in previous PECI lists, description of the actions taken since inclusion in the list: N/A
The major risk/barriers affecting the project implementation: - Refusal of financing
- Long delivery time of high-voltage transformers
Risk/barriers mitigation measures: - Conclusion of agreements with export credit agencies to unlock financing
- Providing lock-in fees for suppliers (to reserve a place in the production queue)
Is the investment project already applied for financing? NO If financial support has been already granted, the amount of support (in real 2022 million EUR): N/A
If financial support has already been granted, the source of financing: N/A
Other information regarding the current project status: DTEK has built relationships with BESS suppliers (which allows for shorter delivery times), has developed solutions to carry-out a remote commissioning (under Martial Law), and has an internal EPC contractor. DTEK also has experience in the balancing market using energy storage systems. DTEK has fully prepared a 100 MW site ready for construction.
